1. Customized Products: All customized jerseys are made according to the details provided by the customer, including name, number, size, colour, and design.
2. Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for checking their customization details before placing the order. Jersey Junction is not responsible for errors in customer-provided details.
3. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, cancellation may not be possible as production may have started.
4. Returns & Exchanges: Customized products are not eligible for return or refund. Exchanges are considered only for genuine manufacturing defects or damage received during delivery, subject to verification.
5. Product Variation: Colours, patterns, and prints may vary slightly from product images due to screen settings, fabric, and printing processes.
6. Size Selection: Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size. Please refer to the size chart before ordering.
7. Production & Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production, courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
8. Payment: Orders must be paid according to the payment options available on our website. Any applicable shipping or additional charges will be displayed during checkout.
9. Intellectual Property: Website content, images, designs, logos, and other materials belonging to Jersey Junction may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
10. Policy Changes: Jersey Junction reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be published on this website.
